Hi,

On 16th Jul, I had tried doing the booking through the interet reservation link available on indianrailways.gov.in. I had filled in all the details to book the tickets but after the payment details were filled in to make the payment via CreditCard, the next screen showed the ticket was not booked. I tried again (not realizing that the payment was already debited from my Credit Card Account) but the same error came again so the payment was deducted twice from my Credit Card A/c.

For both the transactions an amount of Rs. 2346.49 each was deducted (meaning for 2 tries, 2X2346.49 = 4692.98 was deducted) which has not been refunded till date. I had tried calling the customer care no. atleast 200 time but it continuously goes busy or says "call failed". I had even dropped an email to " " but no response as yet.

I am extremely frustrated not to have got the money back till date. The credit card company will treat me as a defaulter if they dont get their payment on time. The below is the staus that i get to see on the website.
