Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to file a case in consumer court against following humiliation by Indian
Railway( Ghaziabaad Rly Station ).

1. Charged for Without Ticket on platform, when came to see off the relative\wife to
catch the train.
2. Humilaition and severe manhandling by TTs on duty and CRPF people
3. Issued a slip for Ticket showing fake journey and charged against that.

Kindly guide me to file a case and help to get justice, I may produce all the
evidences required.

Charge for without platform ticket is legal, but as you mention other things as not, so kindly furnish the relevant documents to support statement.
