    i have booked a ticket of rs981.but when in reach the station ac chear car campartment not attech to the train.i am field a tdr in irctc but irctc refunded only 474rs.     Unhappy Cancelation of E-tickets due to not touch the boarding station of the particular trai

    I booked 3 railway tkts for TRN # 2444 in 3AC. Date of journey was 19.06.08 boarding point KGP to BBS. Due to heavy rain on 19.06.08 the train did not touch my boarding station i.e. KGP and thus could not perform my journey. I cancel my e ticket whose PNR# 2511361546 & transaction ID 0048477610. I have already sent mail to care@IRCTC.co.in also sent repeated reminder to IRCTC but till date I have not recd my refund back. Pls look into the matter. It is already more than 1 year and till date nothing has been done. Kindly confirm to whom I forward my request so that without further delay I can get back my money.

    It's been a year this train has started and i have found it has no pantry car.So sir pls do attach a pantry car as it is difficult to travel with childrens,old members of the family.We do carry with us eating stuff like snacks,water,eatables,but as the train has limited stops it is difficult to cope up with it.Somebody told me by compaining to IRCTC the problem would be solved.So sir pls pls pls pls do attach a pantry car in 2288 dehradun kochuveli express.It's a humble request from my side.pls pls pls......VINOD KRISHNAN.....

    this site irctc is the most frustrating site ever seen,since 8 o clocki m trying to get ticket in tatkal but i m not even able to open the website rest all sites areworking properly. All of them dances on the tune of agents for comission. really bastards all irctc guys.
    They will never help india grow with there pathetic services.

    Default could not get train due to faut of raiway

    i waz traveing in 19263 porbandar delhi sarai rohilla exp.it waz to schedued to reach at 7.30 pm so i booked the ticket for DEE to KTW (mussoorie exp 14041)on the same day at 9.30 pm but train reached DEE at 12 midnight and i lost my train 14041 mussoorie exp.so i want my payment back

    Default Complaint for irctc

    I am astha, a regular user of irctc. As i am a student and work in noida i book tickets 6times in a month. I canceled transaction id-0284354795 and 0286908424(pnr-8250354038 and 8250597146 resp) but money is not yet refunded. I am very annoyed with such a poor service. Even tckts which were not confirmed were not refunded back. I want my money back. Can any one take charge of this. Contact me- 8882483124 / 9650936746.

    respected sir,
    Regarding refund :
    i got the response of my complaint from headquarter office, baroda house, new delhi.regarding the upgradation of my ticket, journey on 26th july, 2009. it was assured by the baroda house that we get our amount back which was made on the second ticket by T.T.E SUHAIL KHAN. we got our response regarding our complaint dated on 08.02.2011. and 3 months had passed away, but we are not getting a single response from that side. we also send a handwritten request to CCM/refund, N R, VARANASI on 25.03.2011, by registry, and submitted :
    RESPONSE MADE BY BARODA HOUSE,
    ORIGINAL TICKET MADE BY T.T.E,
    COMPLAINT FOR REFUND MONEY.
    .now please make our request completed by taking some strict action againt and refund our money.

    I have booked TDR against my ticket because there is one ticket confirm and second is Waiting that’s why i file TDR.
    And IRCTC says the refund process will take at-least 90 days and more.
    But today 100 days over refund not back.

    my name k.pavan kumar presently i am living in gujarat i booked a ticket in irctc with S.B.I atm debit card (online) from ahmedabad jn (adi) to delhi on 20-08-2011 for the train 12915/ASHRAM exp i didt get p.n.r number i lost 363 rupees in this transaction. after this transaction i got the message POS 123076590733 IRCTC in my online S.B.I account. please get back my money as soon as possible

    Dear sir/Madam
    On 18 Oct 2011 I had booked my brothers ticket on North east Express for 24 Nov 2011 in 3tier AC. During the last hurdle of processing (after the payment was made from my SBI debit card), it has taken quite a long duration of time and at the end computer has shown error message, Hence the process is incomplete and i could not book my ticket. Hower, money has been deducted from my account. When and how can I book my money back. Pl let me know.

    Thumbs down bustard e tatkal ticket did not get book even it was showing 135 available

    dear all of u pls avoid travelling with tatkal e ticket, all bastard staff's of irctc has the setting with chutiya agent available in the market they are working in the fixed arrangement, the problem is while i was booking d ticket it was showing the 135 seats is available but after making transaction in few minutes the amount get deducted from my account but the printed ticket did not have any confirmation status.

    Default Refund of Rs. 10/- per transaction for service fee

    Dear Sir/ Mem

    I have booked the railway ticket through IRCTC which is service charges extra 10 Rs. per transaction but the charges deducted Rs. 20/- per transaction of my a/c.

    Kindly look into the above and confirm the same and refund of my 10/- Rs. in my a/c.

    And also I have put about 3-4 time I have booked railways ticket through IRCTC and same time deducted of service charges Rs. 20/- per txn. and there were not refund of excess ded. Rs. 10/- in my a/c.
