During transaction error observed but money deduct Dear Sir,
I am trying to booked the railway ticket from Howrah to Krishnarajapuram on 11.4.2012 in HWH YPR EXPRESS (Train No.12863) but during transaction error observed and ticket not booked but Rs. 1859/- has been deducted from my account and I did not get PNR number but due to my urgent requirement of ticket I have again tried second time but again during transaction error observed and ticket not booked but Rs. 1859/- has been deducted from my account and in this time I also did not get PNR number and being helpless I have again tried third time to booked my ticket due to urgency but in this time also ticket not booked but Rs. 1859/- has been deducted from my account and I did not get PNR number. After this transaction I got three massages being (1) POS 2001 with txn no 210296678926, (2) POS 2001 with txn no 210296512332, and (3) POS 2001 with txn no 210203635967 from IRCTC in my SBI account. But the refundable amount still not credited in my account. Hence I would like to request you to examine the issue and refund my amount of Rs. 1859X3= Rs.5577/- to my account at the earliest against not booked of that tickets please.

Denial of birth and seat to IRCTC TICKET I have booked a ticket to Bangalore ( TCR to Bangalore City Jn (SBC) in train No 12683 by SL class for my brother Ramachandran and his wife Indira for journey on 23.4.2012. I got confirmed ticket and the PNR No of the ticket was 4756742869. The ticket charge of Rs.444/ + Rs 10/- towards commission were collected from my bank account ( as per 04684999261G96330423 on March 9th 2012 and transferred to 67001227934 Indian Railway Catering).
With print out of the ticket, Mr.Ramachandran aged 64 and his wife 56 years got into the train and occupied the birth as given in ticket. But the Ticket Examiner denied the birth and seat to the aged couple alleging that their names are not included in the final chart?. How does this happen? The ticket examiner adviced them to get into the train only after going through the chart. When the train reached Palakkad, two other persons occupied the same birth and seat, as they were also given the same seat as per their ticket. The aged couple had to wander in the dark along the different bogies with ticket examiner upto 12.00 o clock in the night and finally he collected additional ticket charge (for which he gave a receipt) and allowed them to lay down on the floor.
It is quite disappointing and shocking to have such a fatal error on the part of irctc. Is the ticket issue by IRCTC by online is fake? This irresponsible act of irctc has caused much worry, tension and harassment to my old brother and sister in law. Hence
I request immediate action to refund the money and give compensation for the harrassment and hardship suffered by them.

I want to inform you that, i am doing the reservation from kapurthala to faridkot by IRCTC.CO.IN website. but from own side transaction are completed from my SBOP account, but my E- ticket yet this tym not confirm. So, I request you to please rectify this query.

IRCTC has done cheat with me..... Sir,
I am Tanmay Moulick, S/o- Sri Alok Moulick. I have a account in irctc online passenger reservation website. Today i wanted to do a reservation by use the irctc online reservation from Howrah to Puri on Puri exp..And i used my SBI debit card..After that i saw 565 Rupees has been deducted from my sbi account by the irctc but, i did not get the reservation..
At present i saw in my account, there is being shown, money was not taken from my account.. But i am seeing 565 rupees has been deducted from my account.. I dont have any document..
just i have the transaction code. The transaction code is= 0500158577
Plese tell me, what i should do at present...

Cash deducted from my saving account but ticket not show or not in booking histroy Dear IRCTC,

Today I have tried a TATKAL E-Ticket through IRCTC for Damonjodi from KALAPARAGHAT (KAPG ) to DAMANJODI (DMNJ) with a journey date 23 MAY 2012 with the name of Passenger : SUBASINI SAHOO,aged about 53.In booking time show 16 ticket available in TATKAL , So, I booked a ticket through my SBI debit card which account no:20075532177 (PRADEEP KUMAR SAHOO). The total fare of ticket RS:331+10=341?-(Three hundred fourty one rupees only) has been deducted from my bank account , but no ticket in booked histroy , payment is deducted from my SBI saving account .So, kindly credit the amount back in my account . The statement showing deduction of description through IRCTC give me credit back to my saving account.
Kindly do the needful in this matter.

rude behaviour of customer care i called 139( dial a ticket) service on 29 may 2012 at 11:55 am...through my number 9780020202
it was answered by an executive meena
she answered to my query but i was not clear about it so i asked again then she replied very rudely, n immidiately cut my call
this is ridiculous...foremost thing in customer care is executive should not cut the legitimate call unless customer puts it down and also the way the talk is pathetic...please look into the matter...thank you

complaint, error in irctc hello sir
i booked a ticket on 3rd from kachiguda to chittoor, date of journey i selected as 19th july in the index page but after preceeding to the print i observed that the date has been changed to 21july, and tickets booked for 21st july, so i expected that i might have selected some wrong date so i cancelled the ticket .'
and on the same day i tried to book one more ticket with same details , and again the same problem, date changed to 21,
now what i should do, should i cancel it again or date can be modified or whats the solution.
and for the 1st time 80 rupees was cut from my account for cancellation charges. and now once again... please give me some details what to do.

We have a tatkal ticket from mumbai to chennai CSTM chennai express at 2.00pm 4 numbers confirmed tickets s1-compartment seat no.9,10,11,12 one 3 year child & 10 year children name is Adhithya we bought general ticket for him. but tatkal ticket booking not allowed for more then 4 members so i took unserved ticket.
