I have booked a ticket on 13th Jan having PNR no. 2431248253 and Transaction Id : 0441981807. Somehow it could not get confirmed. So it get cancelled automatically. Than i have checked the refund status of my ticket on 18th Jan, which was 'Refunded'. But till now, i do not the get the refund back in my account. Please sir, lodge the complaint against the irctc so that i can get the refund back as soon as possible.

I am trying to booked the raiLway ticket from Pune to GOA on 26/02/2012 IN goa Express (Train No. 12780) but during transction error obsreved and tricket not booked but money has been deducted from my account but when i tried second time ticket has been booked but again 357/- Rs has been deducted from my account against the same .so please refund the money on my account.
Kindly look into the above and confirm the same and refund of my 357 /- Rs. in my a/c.

Refund of e tatkal ticket reservation( PNR NO-2700360218)amount (Rs.287/-)when that it was not confirmed
i booked a e Tatkal Ticket from Roorkee to Jammu on 25 Feb 12 by Hemkunt Exp (14609)( 17:39:38 GMT+05:30) in Hemkunt Exp for journey on 26 Feb 12 . When i booked the e-tatkal ticket( PNR NO-2700360218) i found the CKWL20/ CKWL 18 waiting list and charged the Rs 307/- frommy saving A/C NO 20050357804 ( SBI ROORKEE) . I checked my PNR status on 26 Feb 12 it was WL 11.
My seat was not confirmed so that I could not my travel on this ticket as per rulling of Indian Railway and . I did not refund my amount a sum of Rs. 287/-(Two Hundred Eighty Seven) till this date&time . so u r requested to refund my amount which transaction ID is 0462361212.

I had booked my ticket in train nr. 12226 for journey from Delhi to Lucknow PNR Nr. 2559426078 for 4.1.2012
when I reached railway station, we came to know that train has been cancelled due to fog.

I filled TDR for refund Ref Nr. etk2012017004039305 but till today I have not received any payment.

I am writing to request you to kindly help to get my refund.

a ticket was booked by me on 2/4/2012 for for performing journey on 14/04/2012 through Train No.19601/AII NJP EXP from DELHI to NEW JALPAIGURI. My transaction ID is 0480620622, allotted PNR No. was 2801923401. The ticket was not confirmed even after preparation of chart and the final position of ticket was WL-1. Accordingly I had not performed journey by that ticket, as I have been informed that due to not confirmed, the ticket automatically cancelled by IRCTC, you are also not permitted to perform journey by that ticket. Simultaneously I have also been informed by the on duty TTE, you have been allowed for journey, you should have to purchase another ticket from Rly counter for that particular day. Since I could not perform journey on 14/04/2012 by that e-ticket but the refundable amount still not credited in my account. Hence I would like to request you to examine the issue and refund my amount to my account at the earliest please against cancellation of that ticket please.

I booked ticket in 'Tatkal' quota on 19th April 2012 (From Bangalore to Gulbarga) Udyan express.Transaction was complete and my amount Rs 329 got deducted from my account
There was a message saying 'Just wait for a movement' then after that i got a error message a session expiry and directed to Re login agin.
After re login there was no ticket in my booked history.

Sir, i have booked a ticket vide my pnr no. 8101732553 by vivek express bdts to jat date of journey was 14.04.2012 and my waiting list no was 7 & 8. Till last it has got same status. But my observation is my predecessors as well as my succeding waitlisted passengers have got confirmed or rac. Another observation is adi, mount abu, got confirmed tickets, all middle station got confirmed tickets but i was on wait list only. There is something wrong while charting, why all the quotas r gtg operated for hq, pg etc why this is not made available to waitlisted passengers. Are these quota is maintained for lazy vips who r booking on last but one day or there is any misuse of these quotas. Is there no any preferance for the long distance passengers.

Sir, i was booking a tatkal tickets on line, when i was at transaction immidiately it shows service not available, or at the time putting station names from to etc i was getting service not available or site is getting very slow at 0800 hours to 0815 hours. R there is any setting with the bloody and bastered agents of the indian railways. By which the ordinary passengers r getting harrashed. Why railways cannot make the site more protective efficient and dynamic.

my ticket pnr no. 8354547861 , date of journey : 31/03/2011 , from station MUMBAI CST(CSTM) to station NAGPUR(NGP) , in 3A class
on that day train late more than three hours and i m not travelled,
i file tdr on next day & after 90 day I NOT RECEIVED REFUND AMOUNT so i call to irctc customer care and they told me transaction on process , so i wait more 30 day & after that they told me wait 1 more 30 day , after this 6 month remarks is : 13706-SER/5 DELAY NOT CONDONED. THE CASE IS REPUDIATED ON 5 OCT 2011, AND NOT GIVEN ANY REFUND,
so please find this problem and solve as possible as fast.
