Tried in vain to access irctc website between 8 to 9am, all it shows is:

Service unavailable

I have net connection of 2 mbps,and if i cant access this site after repeated trials, wonder who can?

I guess some kind of corruption is going on with this irctc site.
Please look into the matter as it is causing inconvenience to thousands.

Yes. IRCTC is fucking slow and I could not even open the home page. All other sites are opening up at lightening speed. You IRCTC people really need to improve in many ways.

in world whatever websites we can access....except this IRCTC....really dont know wat thos irctc employ doing on ther.....it was shame...lot of ppl wil suffer....plz rectify sooon

It is not a simple thing, it is million crore fraud. Agents set their men at que of reservation counters and do business . Websites like facebook,google serve 1000 time more online users than IRCTC .

Leave apart Tatkal, the site does not work even for general slow. It is extremely slow. At times the payment is deducted and ticket is not booked (though money is transferred later), the frequency with its happening is a harrasment.

IRCTC is an authorised online railways ticket booking site . But it never working correctly. we always face many types of problems while using. I think there or many other sites to book the tickets.

I think Railway Admin. work on it.

employees n agents hacked the website n we r not able to book ticket online...forcefully we have to go to an asshole agents..n its part of corruption

Site goes down all the time in morning, even login won't complete. Is this a service or harrasment? Please do something and restore 24x7 service, thanks.

We need to file a public petition in Supreme Court against IRCTC. General public is harassed tremendously when go to book railway ticket online through this site. Moreover, this is the only site to book ticket online in the country. It doesn't work at all at point of time during the day hours except night. Horrible situation when we put efforts to book railway ticket online. The government will only then come to its senses. The question is who will do it?

IRCTC showing its irresponsibility and not reliable in emergency. So if you are going to book TATKAL Tickets, just go to Reservation Counter and try to book your seats there, if you will look for IRCTC, then you will not get any ticket in morning.

Some news papers and electronic media also reported that, agents are misusing IRCTC website and reservation counter, so IRCTC may be include in that chain of agent, thats why website not works all the days.

Anyways, post comments on this, and i'm sending a letter to Rail Bhawan (Railway Ministry) in this regard, lets see.

Hello Chief Executive Rail Department, If you have ear to listen then fix the slowness of the website.

IRCTC must have to upgrade the server or bandwidth or have to place a server in each state.....
Everytime i try to book a ticket in tatkal time.... i got the errror " SERVICE IS NOT AVALIABLE"....
then why they started the website..........????? IRCTC Have to make a solution immediately or close this website..........becoz it is useless
when we want to book a tatkal ticket.........


Will IRCTC take any step to resolve this problem????????????
