i booked this eticket for 2 passenger only 1 got confirmed... a TDR was raised for refund and it has been already over 100 days still i have no response form irctc.. i call them and i mail them all i get is runarounds...

i would very much like to sue them even if i end up spending more money then the refund.. i have time and resources so no issues...

kindly guide me as to what i can do legally .
