I've booked a ticket (P.N.R. : 8350419272) from I.R.C.T.C. on Dec.10, 2010 for Rajdhani (Train number : 12953) and the date of journey was Dec. 21-12- 2010. The number of passengers were three. The Train was late 11.56 hours so passenger did not travel

I then filed a TDR on Dec.23, 2010 (T.D.R.number is ekt 201022301920779) and as per the information, I should receive the half refund in 29-12-2010 and still I've not received Full refund.

It's a kind request to you that please look into this matter and help me get the full refund immediately. I would be very thankful to you for this.

Hi i had filed a TDR request on July 24, 2011 for PNR no 8157811071 as train had been cancelled by the railways due to some landslide. I was advised to file a TDR by customer care agent from IRCTC but havent seen a refund since, its over 90 days now the refund status shows CCM Registered. the agents are very rude and offer no assistance.

Sir,
i book 3 ticket for indore to jammu on date 21/10/2011 for journey 24/12/2011.
but due to some reason i will not go.
so i cancel my ticket on 03/12/2011 .
but i did not receive my refund amount in my bank account.
