Being defence person i have done my reservation by exchanging FRW (Free railway warrant) which is issued to us only once in a year. I got CONFIRMED reservation tickets which was isssued to me after exchanging the FRW on 28.04.2011 (19:10 hours) from amritsar railway reservation counter number-03.
JOURNEY DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:
Amritsar- New Delhi (PNR NO. 264-8821898)
New Delhi - Howrah (PNR NO. 211-9888684)
Howrah - New Delhi ( PNR NO. 635-6857320)
New Delhi - Amritsar ( PNR NO. 221-9888718)
Next day the railway booking clerk rang me up ( from telephone no. +918872627005) and informed me that she was not getting my FRW and further requested me to arrange another FRW form, otherwise she has to pay the reservation charges from her pocket, to which i denied as we are provided FRW only once a year by the service.
Later several phone calls came from the same booking clerk commanding me to produce my reservation tickets as she wanted to block and cancel my journey ticket to get saved from her mistakes of misplacing my official travel voucher.
My question is how can she cancel my tickets without my consent and the confirmed original tickets and most importantly on what basis ????? when the fault is totally from her side???
SIR IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO PLEASE SEE INTO THE MATTER.
Though the original confirmed tickets are with me and i am regularly checking my PNR status which shows CNF( CONFIRMED) till now.
BUT STILL I WANT A CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR SIDE THAT NOTHING SHOULD BE ALTERED WITH THE RESERVATION STATUS OF MY JOURNEY TICKETS.
AND I ALSO WANT THAT NO PASSENGER should suffer like this way and the INDIAN RAILWAYS should offer a peacefull free and clear journey to all its passengers.
