Hello Sir ,

*Date 25th June 2009 , Train 0404 from Jammu to delhi , Pnr no 2261349316 , My family was down graded to Second class from 2AC , Even though i was given confirmed seats at IRCT e-ticket reservation .

*No intimation given through email or Telephone , my family were moving with kids here and there to see no Ac coach attached that day , it was very hot 44 degrees , So i did not boarded the train and returned next day to delhi with my own arrangements (expenses).

* I have filed a TDR with irctc which gives poor passangers only the difference between the fare .(Difference Of Fare In Case proper Coach Not Attached) . Even though i did not traveled

*Please help me get them know there irresponsible behaviour causes a lot of humiliation to passangers
