& I want to file a case about it for an compansation amount of Rs. 50000/- minimum..



they allowed me reserved seat on D12 COACH SEAT NU. 21

TO THE DESTINATION Ramnagar

my PRN NO. IS 216-0942582 (AS I COULD SEE ON THEIR ERROR PRINTED)



while that was a coach going to Kathgodam , not to Ramnagar.



It was really very painful & I had to bear a horrible night..
