I had filed TDR on 22-10-2011 under reference no.ekt2011102203510179 for PNR No.4544017475 another TDR filed on 24-10-2011 under
reference no.ekt2011102403525032 for PNR No.2223589413.

I have not received the refund so far. Status shown is CCM registered, refund in process.

Kindly advice.

Sir, i have files tdr on 4/11/2011 the ticket was booked but the waiting list is not cleared and the passenger did not travelled and after that i havbe filed the tdr but the refund is under process only till now. so kindly advice me regarding the issue

I must have made calls to the numbers given by helpline but they were all fake. No one picked up. The email also was of no use. The tdr department used to send it to kolkata to process and asked them to make the refund asap but nothing happened.
