    Default bribary of RPF. veerappan is better than RPF

    my father in law has travelled in 16316 on 10/11/2011 and reached bangalore on 11/11/2011. pnr no 4334733369. my mother in law, father in law and my kid (1 year) was waiting in the platform for me and the car. at that time one person in civil dress approched them and asked to pay the fine. they told him that they are waiting for me and the car. my parents donot know english/hindi. they only know malayalam. they try to understand that person in tamil as they can. this time another person also came and threatened them to take them to court/jail. that persons told different reasons for charging the fine. that persons have no identity card displayed. that persons told my parents crossed the railway track and get in to the platform. Actually my parents are above 60 years and getting SENIOR CITIZEN benefits from railway. in that age, they couldnot jump into the track and then climb on the platfrom from the track. another reason that person told is they have waited in a diffrent platform (that is in the platform not other than the train is haulted). my parents were frightened and they are with my child. so they paid the fine in the vehicle of RPF as the strange men ( we dont know , is he is a RPF staff) asked. then RPF gave one receipt for Rs 252.
    the receipt no is K 0156389, commml T-12, No 09. local SC/A The reason written in the receipt is "WITH OUT TICKET". and train no 56510 and collected at BNC. the train 16316 has actually reached at bangalore affter 8am. then why should my parents travell in 56510 from SBC to BNC.
    what is this means? the RPF are thieves? even veerappan is better than RPF. verrappan should say the right reason to victim and then shoot tthem. here RPF kills mentally the passengers bruttally than the veerappan

    the reason written in the receipts is "without ticket" travelled in 56510 on 11/11/11 from SBC to BNC. please check the schedule of that train. we dont know the train and the time that the RPF specified. SO IT IS CLEAR THAT , IT IS FORGED AND MY PARENTS ARE INNOCENTS. THE rpf FINED THEM WITHOUT A REASON, ONLY THE REASON IS THAT THEY ONLY KNOWS MALAYALAM. SO THE RPF THREATENED MY PARENTS AND THEFT Rs 252.
    SO I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT AND COMPENSATION FOR THE MENTAL HARRASMENT AND OTHER TROUBLES THEY HAVE FACED

    Angry Bangalore Rajdhani Travel Experience

    Dear Sir,
    I travelled by Rajdhani 12430 & 12429 on 12-11-2011 and 17-11-2011 respectively.It was a wrost experience of my life in Rajdhani 2nd AC.The Compartment with its curtains & toilets were very dirty, toilets with out liquid soap. Very unhygenic food.Such a train should not be named Rajdhani.Shameful.

    Default Too much delay in train timing

    We have booked tickets for train number 07116. It is delayed by almost 9hrs. Why such irresponsibility. I think the railway officers doesn't have common sense. They are proving that the usual sentence "OUR TRAIN IS DELAYED BY LIFE TIME" is true. Wake up officers. Think like human beings with humanity and try to understand how people are facing problems because of such things. Try to give a little better service at least.

    Also it is better to take passengers ratings for Govt services like Railways, RTC etc. I know that this is not possible as they will definitely get a most worst rating.

    I am design engineer, travelling in Jolarpettai express daily. due to shortage of compartments we are enable travel. now days more passengers are travelling in our route form Jolarpettai to Bangalore. so please increase few compartments.

    Default Complaint against Railways for illegal charges

    To Whomsoever it may Concern,


    When the whole country is fighting with Anna Hazare against corruption,the common man is still not able to get the justice against corruption. Very recently i came across an incident in the business run by my dad. He was asked for some illegal charges against the goods which were not yet delivered to him and not only that, when he tried to fight against it the goods were illegally hoarded by the authority. These incidents are so common that a people like us are forced to accept the route of bribing these criminals against law. If we are still not getting out of this then its prone to happen by and now all means we will have to bribe these criminals and get the way out to run our day to day business. I request the concerned authority to take action against such incidents and prove that we are seriously fighting against corruption. This is just a means for me to communicate how openly and honestly we are cheated by such authorities.

    Default Complaint Against Indian Railways TTE

    I was travelling in the train no. 12562, Swatantrata senani Express on 09/12/2012 & having the normal general class superfast express train tkt, but when I reached to the platform, the train was started, so I quickly Entered Into The Sleeper Class Reservation Coach. i shown My Tkt to the TT, Then he asked me to pay 500/- Rs. without any receipt For this, Since I denied to do this, so has went away with My Ticket & Came back to me after 1 hour & Said that Since I was not agree to pay him 500/- Rs. , so Now I need to pay 920/- Rs. without adjustment of my general Class Tkt value.Since I was Threatened/Mis-behaved/Loose talk by Him, so Strained to pay Him 920/- Rs. which is not fair. The Receipt No. for the fare taken by TTE is 121360 dtd. 09/12/2012 for the Journey from New Delhi To KANPUR in sleeper Class. The TT was also missing his name plate & Tie during his Duty Period. The Scanned Copy of the Receipt is Enclosed.
    I want that an strict action needs to be taken against TTE, for his mis-behave/loose talk/excess fare taken from me to avoid to do the same with others infuture + My access fare needs to be returned.

    Default prices of food served in indian railways

    Hi,

    I have travelled in trains many times and found that prices of food served in Trains is much more higher than the price list of food items given on the site of india railway catering & tourism corporation ltd.
    For eg. The price of lunch or dinner given in the price list is rs. 30 for vegetarian food while the same is served for Rs. 60-70
    Price of two pieces of bread-butter,cutlet is given as Rs. 17 whilw the same is been served for Rs. 25-30

    Please make the necessary enquiry in regards to the prices of food served in trains as to save the generl public from paying more than double for the same.

    Default Complain regarding cycle/scooter stand of railway

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    The contractor of cycle/scooter stand of railway station Muzaffarpur (south side) is misbehaving the daily passengers by not making the monthly passes.
    I started to keep my bike with the above contractor in the month of April12 and requested to make my monthly pass but he refused to do so on the context that you are new one just wait for a month and we will make the pass and pay them daily charges of Rs.10/- .Firstly convey me IS IT 10 RS GENUINE STAND CHARGE OR NOT?
    I will request the DRM, Sonpur Division /Station Supdt. Muzaffarpur to please instruct the contractor to make passes of daily passengers in the very first month of his journey. PLEASE ENSURE ME AND GENERAL PUBLIC THAT CONTRACTOR WILL MAKE MONTHLY PASSES ON THE FIRST REQUEST OF THE PUBLIC. PLEASE CANCEL THE LICENSE OF THE CONTRACTOR FOR HARRASSING THE PUBLIC.WHERE AS RAILWAYS ITSELF MAKES THE MST'S OF PUBLIC ON THE FIRST INSTANCE THAN WHY NOT HE.

    Default worng Status Received on PNR Status

    Dear sir
    PNR NO: 444-0750851(bangalore to katpadi)

    I had recieved PNR status as confirmed from Railway dept through mobile but after went to railway station I found that PNR is in waiting list.Request to enquire & provide information.

    We had faced lot of trouble due to this wrong information.
