I bookd two tickets train name SHANE PUNJAB from NEW DEL to LUDHIANA on the date 30 - Jan -2010 by name of Gurbachan Singh (55) and Manjeet Kaur (50) PNR no is(2215978850) our seat no m D4/18 and D4 /15 which we got a easybill store book and quite often we both are Aged pursons, we always Trvel with E Ticket and never been a problem but this time your department oficer TTE tell us u have a ruff ticket, wrong ticket and ask me if u give me rs 500 then i will give u seat some pasengers ask toTTE this ticket is not wrong or ruff it is valid ticket but he not agree and give me a recipt of rs 700 recipt no is (105731) when we asked to tell me his name the TTE ,then he refused tell me his name and ask u are from Ferozepur what u will do ,and misbehave with me or my wife he abused us ,, sir i request u kindly chack this matter or if possibel refund my money
