ICICI IRCTC Transaction FAiled Refund Problem Hello,
I tried to book a railway ticket through IRCTC online on 26-Jul-2011. When I made the payment through ICICI net banking, it showed that Rs 678 has been debited from your account but the transaction got failed due to some reason. But the money has been deducted from my account. On IRCTC it shows "Payment Not Received From Bank". Till date this amount has not been credited back to my account.

I have encountered such things 4-5 times before with IRCTC and ICICI and never got the refund amount back due to failed transaction.
So, this time I thought of making a complaint.
Please suggest what should I do.

failed transaction refund I want my money back as the amount has been deducted from my account but the ticket has not been booked.
I tried to book it online using my IRCTC account.
there is a line written there "PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED FROM BANK"

refund failed by IRCTC When i tried to book in irctc it successfully debited from account but fails to book my ticket
but it shows "settlement request"
after one day it shows "settlement failed"
how will i get money back

I have booked eticket on Date of Booking : 24/11/2011 and Date of Journy : 25/11/2011 on Tatkal Scheme. I have file TDR reason is TRAIN is CANCELED.
In TDR Status status shown that REGRETTED.
If train is cancelled then why my money amount is not returned and status shown REGRETTED .
