i have reserverd two tickets from delhi to ambala from jan shatabdi train no. 2057
PNR no. 2253870801 dated 27/10/08 through my credit card and cancelled due to late running of trains by more than 7 hours. in this case full refund is allowed but till now that is 23/05/09 no refund is made. I have make many calls to indian railway call centre but no satisfactory answer has been given by them. Heavy intrest rate was applied on my credit card .
refund my money alongwith compensation of harrasement
