Dear Sir,
Train no 2493 rajdhani exp from Bangaloreto New delhi on 28th nov 2010, I was travelling on A3-3 coach and seat no. and the waiter was aking tip from me forcely. When i gave him Rs 30/- he said what u 2 guys are giving me only Rs 30/-. We wanted to complaint it to TTE AND HE ASKED PANTRY MANAGER TO COME WITH THE BOOK BUT THE MANAGER WASNT KEEN ENOUGH TO LISTEN TO ME. sO WHEN people in my compartment shouted and were going to pull the chain than after 2 hours the manager came and that too without a complaint book.In almost every Rajdhani exp waiters are asking tip forcely. Before coming to ask for tip they themselves take out some money from their pocket and show it to passenger as if some passenger has already given to them.
In this train none of the cleaning staff came to clean the compartment anmd when asked they said sir we havent got any complaint book.they gave me just a diary and said sorry but they did not keep any bathroom papers or napkins or neither cleaned it.
whats going on in India? Are we born to cheat always ? cant we live with honesty? TTE was also trying to help them by coming to me and saying sir its my last year of service so kindly ignore it.i am ashamed of the services i got in 2ac coach.I am really ashamed that they provided me the book after 2 hours of fight.
I was mentally sad and harrashed as they kept coming to me many times and asked to let it go.
I am demanding a compensation of Rs 50,000/- immediately as i have a complaint reciept and i will also go to RTI for this action.
Are we all so corrupted that we are even selling cleaning and bathroom stuffs outside and hgiving passengers nothing? shame on Indian Railway. I am not gonna travel again by train. sick of people asking money every where as bribe.
