I have booked the following Railway Tickets from New Delhi to Jammu Tawi in Jammu Mail (3rd AC Coach) to visit to Matta Veshinodevi, Katara. But the train was return back from Panipat Railway Station on 07.07.2010 due to Flood water at Ambala area. I have approach at New Delhi Railway Station for Refund of amount as per the Announcement of Railway authority, but my eticket amount can not be refunded by booking counter that time. After that I have applied through IRCTC and they have forwarded the case to your office on 16.07.2010, but till date I have not received the payment.
I have louge the complaint for refund the amount to the Chief Commercial Manager (Refund), Northern Railway, New Delhi through IRCTC TDR Fileling system but till date we have not received the money. The Transaction Details of tickets forwarded by IRCTC are as under:-
