Respected Sir,

I booked ticket from Mumbai (LTT) to Nagpur PNR No. 8465593806 & 8144284338 thru irctc train no.2151 date of journey 24-6-10.

On reaching LTT, i was informed train is late by around seven to eight hrs. I filed TDR for refund. But railways refunded only Rs. 160/- for each PER as cancellation charges.

Sir, kindly let me know How can i get back my balance 50 % refund and who will provide me correct information on delay of that train.

I booked ticket from Nagpur to Mumbai (LTT) PNR No. 6142606261 thru irctc, train no.2152 date of jouney:27-6-10.

Till date i have not received any refund.

I have complaint about this every where possible but fail to get refund. Let me please know now whose responsibility is this to get the refund from the railway as early as possible.
