My Cellphone NOKIA 2300 have been stolen by somebody. I want to claim for the insurance claim for the Cellphone. For the Insurance Claim National Insurance Co. Ltd. requires a FIR of the above theft. But the Police Official refuses to lodge a FIR, I am mentally harassed. I have visited twice the office of National Insurance at East of Kailash (Community Centre) but I have not got any satisfactory answer from there.
