we have booked a ticket PNR No:-6341241309,dated:-4/05/10,This date train canceld we have fileid tdr(reference No:-ekt201005140).
but till date we have not recived any refund of money & any information regarding this. I have call IRCTC costomer care
but they do not satesfatry aswer to me.
please credit me, my money as soon as possiable.

Tdr file not refunded I WAS HAVING E-TICKET RESERVATION THROUGH IRCTC. TICKETS'S PNR NO:- 6147088353, TRANSACTION ID:- 0252341962 WAS BOOKED FOR TRAVELLING FROM PATNA TO NEW DELHI DATED 4-10-2010.
THE TRAIN 2569 WAS DIVERTED FROM PATNA TO HAZIPUR AND I COULD NOT ABOARD THE TRAIN DUE TO THIS DIVERSION TOOK AT THE LAST MOMENT OF THE JOURNEY.
I FILED TRD FOR THAT ON 6-10-2010 AND GOT REFERENCE NO.- ekt2010106001670406.
but till the date the money is not refunded by irctc in my account.
so please take the matter concern as soon as possible....

Railway do not refund my Money Sir Pls Please look into the below matter. I have made 1 e-ticket but the train was changed the route from faizabad to Lucknow
now to Amritsar against which I also filed TDR but after 90 days no money has been refunded.

Tdr file not refund Dear Sir/ Madam,
My PNR Number: 8401893710, Date Of Journey: 24/8/2010 was cancelled due to sudden change of train timings.
Filed TDR with Reference No: ekt2010082801552883 on 28-Aug-2010 thru net. Response from customer care states that it will that more then 90 days to gets my refund. 90 days are crossed, but no refund yet in my account.
Kindly help.

The whole Railway System Is fraud. TDR refund is just kids story not reality Hi,
I am posting this again. I booked a ticket with PNR 2207586989 Transaction ID: 0223125040 Booked On: 20-6-2010 Date Of Journey: 15/7/2010 Class: 3A. the train was late by 9 hrs (I have the snapshot of train delay status over railway website). So i decided to cancel the ticket and i booked a ticket of the same day by Patna Rajdhani PNR 2408988438, Transaction ID 0230707551,train No 2310, Class 2AC, quota TATKAL and travelled by that. Before booking tatkaltiket in Rajdhani i called IRCTC customer care and they told me about TDR process. so i filed TDR for the refund for the ticket i didnt travel on. According railway refund policy if train is late more than 3 hrs we are entitled to get full refund. But only 50% amount was refunded. Later i send many emails (almost 40 to 50) for the same and care@irctc.co.in kept saying that they have forwarded this message to TDR people. its been now 8 months and there is no response from anyone. These white elephant in govt services are really worthless. so far i have no communication and finally i tried to leave a post for the sme at many consumer forum portal. But nothing happend. Please tell me how to teach railway a good lesson. I am ready to fight the case against Railway. Please tell me whom to approach.

I've booked a train ticket on 26th March 2010 bearing the PNR No:4528715180. Date of journey was on 20th May 2010. But the train was cancelled due to the bad weather. The very next day i.e, on 21st May 2010 I've filed TDR with the Reference numb:ekt2010052101264178. But till date the money was not refunded to my account. I've called customer care but they are least bothered about my complaint. So kindly plz help me out n tell me how can I get my money refunded to my account. Thank u.

PNR Number: 8533349692 - No Refund- 7 Months Hi,
I have booked an e-ticket from NDLS to JRC for date 21-08-2010.
I will not be able to travel on 21/08/10 and tried cancelling my ticket approx 6
hrs before train departure, but it is giving an error message -
"Train chart is prepared , Ticket can not be cancelled".
Since the Cancellation process states that if we cancel the ticket 4 hrs before
departure ,only 25% gets deducted.
Kindly cancel this ticket and refund the money back to my account at the
earliest.

THE TRAIN 12252 WASLATE FOR 7 HRS. AND I WOULD NOT TRAVELBY THE TRAIN AS IT WAS TOO MUCH LATE.
AS I WAS NOT ABLE TOCANCELLED THE TICKET AS CHART WAS ALREADY PREPARED SO I FILED TDR FOR THAT ON10/05/2011WHICH REF NO IS - ekt2011051002542357,
BUT TILL THE DATEMONEY IS NOT REFUNDED BY IRCTC IN MY ACCOUNT & IRCTC STILL SHOWING STATUSREGARDING MY TDR IS - REFUND UNDER PROCESS.
I FORWARDED MANY MAILSTO IRCTC BUT RESPOND WAS 'WE FORWARD YOUR REQUEST TO COCERN DEPT'. & STILLNO REFUND .
NOW I AM DEMANDINGTHAT AS IRCTC LIMIT 90 DAYS IS ALLREADY PASSED SO IRCTC REFUND MY FULL AMT. WITH RS. 100 PENALTIES FOR EVERYONE MONTH (DELAYED BY IRCTC AFTER THEIRDECIDED LIMIT OF 90 DAYS) TILL THE AMT. ACTUALLY RETURNED & MENTION APPLOGY FOR SUCH DEALY;

on 7th july 2012 i have booked a tickets from Dimapur to New Delhi on AC first the total amount was 10100 rs. the travelling date was 24th july.
it seems the passanger has travel but the trains was itself cancelled on the way not more than 200kms near new bongaigaon...... the pessenger call me and told me to cancelled the ticket but i cannot cancelled the ticket because the charting has already been done... so i have file a tdr and according to the tdr the refund should be back after 90 days but still now i dint receive any refund yet..... the passanger are angery they are asking me the refund but i cannot pay them if i don't receive the refund. and at the same time the fare is too much for me as i get only 2500 rupees per month please help me .....I will be very grateful to the railway department if they pay back the refund in any amount as i have to show them back......
