Dear customer,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No. 2260198477 has been forwarded to CCM/North Western Railway on dt. 22.05.09. We have already issued Reminder No. 1 dt. 20.08.09 to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminder refund yet not received from the concerned railway. Now we are sending a Reminder No. 2 dt. 10.11.09 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.

Refere to first mail from IRCTC, the minimum time for this kind of refund will take 3 months, But the same matter is already 5 months old, can you please tell me any expected date of refund,
Being a computerised system it is taking too much long time.
