    Default non refund of transaction cancelled through IRCTC

    Dear Sir,
    It is sad part that from jan-10 I have not received the payment back from IRCTC for the transaction cancelled through my ICICI debit card.The tickets were not booked due to some reason but the payment is done to IRCTC.The amount pending is around Rs.20 thousand.
    Kindly help.
