Default Money deducted for Failed Transactions

Hi,

Amount was deducted my bank. but ticket not booked, because bank transaction with in fraction of seconds but page not refresh its take time and IRCTC website showing error no 200 and showing message like please contact irctc. Who we need to contact. This is very bad site. Login minimum 15 to 20 minutes. Once we login the website and make plan travel and submit the page and payment gate way the session is expire. Again we login and submit the page.. tickets not available.

I booked ticket from Secunderabad to Delhi on 06 Aug 12 through online and during the process money got deduct/transferred my acct Axis Bank but I neither got ticket nor refund of money..Details of transaction(cyber receipt of the bank) is as below----

I was booking ticket from Chennai to Bangalore in Mysore express For tomorrow(13/08/2012). The ticket failed to book but the amount Rs.268 was deducted.
