I tried to book a ticket from secunderabad to kota on 4-10-10 by train no 0995 date of journey 4-10-10 in sl class.The
money transaction was completed but e- ticket was not made availble up to 5 hrs. The reason is mentioned that
due to server problem the requirment can not be fulfilled.

Kindly cancel my ticket refund full amount
