For lower berth Dear sir i have booked ticket from kanpur to banglore for 25/12/10 by train no 12591 and all no of 5 berth . no lower
berth out of five has been allotted . my mother a (sr ctzn) is traveling with me. ascertain atleast onelower
berth.
