I have booke a ticket from Dimapur to ghy.when i made payment My account no and password and submit after that net failed and i booked same ticket again same thing happend.when i see my account amount was debit but in booked history no ticket in there.i call customar care irctc they told that irctc has nt debit any amount in my account and no ticket has booked.after 10 days i call again and giving order id they told me that email at care@irctc.co.in.i have email in that email id with giving order id.the message cames by irctc that ur ticket has booked in that order id.and i havent got my ticket nor any amount.
