Failed Ticket booking Respected Sir/Madam,
This is Pankaj
On 02/02/09, I was trying to get a ticket from pune to Darbhanga of Dated 01/05/09.
At the time of transaction due to server problem, i did not recieve the ticket but the amount is deducted from my account.(ABN AMRO BANK, Pune).
On IRCTC website, in my Failed Transaction Folder, it is showing Payment Not Received From Bank.
I informed the bank on 03/02/09 about this problem. They told me that it will be sorted out in 15 days.
It has been almost one and half month, but i have not received any solid information regarding this problem from either Bank or IRCTC .
Now bank staffs are telling that it is not in my hand, IRCTC guys will solve the problem.
I talked to IRCTC guys also, they are telling that we have not received the money, we can't do any thing, contact your bank. Now i am confused, what to do ?
So please look into this matter and try to help me out. I will be very thankful to you.

Tatkal reservation For getting Tatakal Reservation, a passanger is required to purchase a ticket from the starting point of that particular train. If I want a tatakal reservation in HowrahBombay Mail, from Raipur, I shall have to buy a ticket, for Howrah to Bombay,entraining, Thousands of people are being looted in broad daylight by the Railways,by this tatakal reservation system. Marta kaya nahin karta is the condition of the travellers.

pay processed even though the booking has declined Dear sir my name is Bosco Dcosta, i use online booking regularly. i am physically disabled. But when ever i book ticket and later go to payment option,there they show error on the last page,ticket is not processed but the payment is, why like that..........and as disabled i dont even have any facilities, even when i went at andheri station for tatkal booking, the lady at the counter informed me that my line is not in senior citizen and disabled why...pls tell me do i have any rights at all. online you have ladies special. you hace senior citizen. why have u left us out, we need help too. well i see all help in papers only...pls reply.......my email id is antispy31@yahoo.com
