For getting Tatakal Reservation, a passanger is required to purchase a ticket from the starting point of that particular train. If I want a tatakal reservation in HowrahBombay Mail, from Raipur, I shall have to buy a ticket, for Howrah to Bombay,entraining, Thousands of people are being looted in broad daylight by the Railways,by this tatakal reservation system. Marta kaya nahin karta is the condition of the travellers.

Dear sir my name is Bosco Dcosta, i use online booking regularly. i am physically disabled. But when ever i book ticket and later go to payment option,there they show error on the last page,ticket is not processed but the payment is, why like that..........and as disabled i dont even have any facilities, even when i went at andheri station for tatkal booking, the lady at the counter informed me that my line is not in senior citizen and disabled why...pls tell me do i have any rights at all. online you have ladies special. you hace senior citizen. why have u left us out, we need help too. well i see all help in papers only...pls reply.......my email id is antispy31@yahoo.com
