I booked two reserved berth at train no. 2802 Purshottam EXP. for 3rd may 2010 from Gaya to Tatanagar.On scheduled time at gaya railway platform it has been announced that teh train will not running via Tatanagar to puri.It will go to Puri via Aadra.
On that time I met to station master for further details.He also confirmed that announcement and he told me cancell our ticket at tata.
Myself,my wife & my two littel childern (3 years,1.5 years) suffering this railway fault.
The next train Jaliwala bagh exp. was arriving just after purusottam Exp..The reservation counter was closed for shift changeing time.That's why i don't have time to cancelled our previous ticket.I took two general ticket & boarded at general boghie of the train.
On next day when I go to Tatanagar railway station for cancell our previous ticket PNR No.253-5263087.Theyrefused to cancell it.
due to excessive heat & railway fault I suffered a lot.My younger childe fall ill.As you know what is the situation of general boghie.
So, therfore I request you to please pay my ticket charge of previous ticket along with proper compensation.
