I tried to book tatkal ticket through Internet at 6:00 AM early in the morning and ticket were available about 128, 148, 60 ect. in various trains, but a message appeard that tatkal e-ticket starts after 8:00 hour. I tried at 8:00 am but service was unavailable up to 9:40 Am. When it opened there was waiting in every trains i was so worried and helpless that i immedietly booked Air Ticket costing 6,909.00. Had i taken ticket through tatkal i have saved Rs.5,000 ( approx), and today i saw a news in T.V channel describing 'Ghotal' in Tatkal E-Ticketing. Therefore your are requested to tell me is there any chance to get me back the differential amount if i have travelled through train.
