I have taken taktal ticket from banglore to samalkot (sheshadri express 7209) on 20th may.But due to heavy rains the train has stopped at tirupati. i getdown from that train at chittor and i requested for cancellation. Then he replied that its e-ticket u have to cancel in online only. i have concatced the agent from which i have taken. he said that money will be returned back in 90 days...

what Hell dis service is?

Actually i faced too many probelms that night. Eventhough train gets cancelled also money will not returning back what is dis?

Y r u providing online reservation?
it saying dat it simillar to reservation at rail way station... but y dis much delay

plz give conclusion to my problem.
