This is enquire about the refund amount that is been mentioned in the cancelation. I had booked a tatkal ticket from Bangalore to Shimoga (PNR- 4217795014) and happened to cancel the same by evening. While cancelation, it says that the refund amount is only 94 Rs against the fare amount of 596 Rs.

Would you be kind to let me know what is the reason for 83% deduction. Where your website says that cancelation charges for tatkal tickets are maximum subjected to 300 Rs deduction for 3-AC.
