    i booked a e ticket on 26 nov 08 . in that only one passenger is confermed and rest
    2 were on waiting list .. when i called to your customer care that day they said me
    my rest of amount will come autometically come on my account. but i have not
    received my money till now. so please do the needful as soon as its possible.


    for this when i called to customer care on 12 jan 09 they suggest me to write a mail
    to the eticket@irtc.co.in when i send to the same its not accepting my mail its
    bounce back to me. all the details is mentioned below.

    dear sir /mam ibooked 3 ticket on 26/11/08 for train no 2367 from patna to new
    delhi which PNR no is 6321573873 .. in these only one ticket get conformed of mr jay
    shankar and rest of the two ticket was not confermed . when i talked to the
    customer care at same day for cancellation they said the money will autometically
    come in my account but yet the money not came in my account . now i forgot my
    password so i m unable to do the same online . so please do yhe needful as soon its
