On 19.04.2010, I tried to book one e-ticket form my ICICI account no and IRCTC ID shramika but to my utter surprise, full fare amount was deducted from my account with no tickets being generated inreturn. On my enquiry the IRCTC informed me that the BANK is at fault and on contacting the BANK, they stated that they have transferred the amount and the responsibilities lies with IRCTC and in between I am being made a scape goat. I feel betrayed and dejected as even though the money was transfered from my account, I am left with remorse as I have only Rs 90 left in my account and hence unable to book new tickets. Please see, if some thing can be done for me as in between the IRCTC and ICICI bank as a customer, I feel very helpless.
