Dear Sir/Madam,

I Mr Dipanjan roy chowdhury,currently i am in Bangalore,I booked two ticket
from Indian railway by my credit card for AC-2 on 15th oct 2008,but on that
day my train was delayed by more then five hours,on that day i spoken to one
of staff from railway about cancelletion and they told me that i can
cancelled it and i will get full refund, but according to them i should get
my refund within two months,i called so many time to bangalore,delhi and
chennai no also,i send so many mail but still i not yet recevied my
refund.But accourding to railway cancelletion policy which i got from their
web site it says that for refund it will take at least 90 days or more.

so shall i wait or i can file a case againest them, because every month i am
paying interest to bank.

Please guide me.
