Non refund of cancelled ticket money

    Default Non refund of cancelled ticket money



    I have cancelled on ticket on 3rd February, and on the ststus sheet in irctc website it says that teh money has been refunded to my accounts but as per my BANK STATEMENT it has not been received till date.

    My Tkt PNR is 6137393338.

    Please update me and make necessary refund.

    Default Refund has not been madew against TDR files 4 months ago

    I have filed TDR in 4 months ago in december 30,2009 for the PNR number: 6236314739 ,but till now i have not recieved any refund.
