    pnr no. 4523682555 mentioned on irctc.co.in

    already filed TDR at irctc.co.in coz train was more than 10hrs late then cancelled. Refund time after filing a tdr is approx 60-90days according to irctc.co.in its a manual process but its already 4months passed and still refund is not received from irctc.co.in and there is no status updates on irctc.co.in. irctc.co.in is using customers money for free and we cant do anything against irctc.co.in. Please take some serious actions against irctc.co.in, many peoples are suffering.

    Sir ,
    on dated 12/04/2010 I have to tried to book ticket in tatkal qouta. But your server for the time of 8:00am to 8:08am was locked. It mean some others person who were benifited by the railway bcz server didnot enter me to booked the ticket. plz look into the matterand reply me what is the meathod to booked the ticket in tatkal qouta. So in feature I will adoped the same way

    already filed TDR at irctc.co.in coz train was cancelled. Refund time after filing a tdr is approx 60-90days according to irctc.co.in its a manual process but its already 4months passed and still refund is not received from irctc.co.in and there is no status updates on irctc.co.in. irctc.co.in is using customers money for free and we cant do anything against irctc.co.in. Please take some serious actions against irctc.co.in, many peoples are suffering.

    Hi Sir

    I have filled a TDR against the PNR Number: 2541610025 on 1st Nov 2010.
    The train was late by 5 hours and the passengers did not travel.

    The refund period of 90 days has already passed but the site still shows TDR Status: Forwarded To Railway.

    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    Default refund of money since the tickets were not confirmed

    earlier also i filed a complaint regarding the refund of money for the tickets which were not confirmed vide PNR no 6449870477.i got a reply that these tickets were confirmed.but let me tell you that vide the above mentioned PNR no 4 tickets were booked and only 2 got confirmed.so can u kindly tell me the seat nos in case those all the 4 tickets got confirmed.kindly do the needful otherwise i have to proceed legally.

    Dear Sir,
    We had booked 6 nos. of tickets on 08.10.2010 on 3AC for journey from Gaya JN to Jajpur K Road for 10.11.2010 (date of journey), bearing PNR No.2540846520, transaction ID: 0260811262, ticket type: eticket, amounting to
    Rs.4674.00, railway zone: ECO. On the said date of journey the train was late by more than 3 hours. We had filed the TDR on 11.11.2010, bearing reference no.: ekt2010111101782525, TDR status : GGM approved.

    HOWEVER, THE AMOUNT REFUNDED WAS ONLY RS.2334.00 ON 28.03.2011 & NOT THE FULL AMOUNT. WHEN CONTACTED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, THE REPLY WAS THAT THE REST AMOUNT WOULD BE REFUNDED SOON. BUT TILL DATE WE ARE YET TO RECEIVE THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT.

    SHOULD WE REOPEN THE CASE THROUGH "RIGHT TO INFORMATION" CHANNEL?

    Default Delay in booking through your website

    I have been a frequent traveller and in recent days the IRCTC.CO.IN website does not open quickly and take lot of time to log in. Any office goers will not have so much time and patience to wait and book tickets which is now taking more time. It is required to improve the response time of IRCTC.CO.IN websuite, so that we need not waste much of time in booking the tickets.

    Hope some concerned is reading my message and working towards the goal.

    Tatkal bookin difficulties. Tatkal window never opens before 8.20AM. by the time it opens tickets are sold out.I worte to Railway Board but no reply so far. ir wrote toIRCTC and got reply saying large no of people try to book at a time and server becomes slow. i replied them saying srver speed and Bandwidth has to be increased. but no proper answer till now.

    When will IRCTC will take up this issue and sole this problem?.

    i agree that the website is too slow and takes too long to log in and you cannot press refresh or enter else you have to start all over again.
    Request tha the site e made faster.sometimes when we have power failure and the site is so slow that after processing the credit card and the power fails since it takes so long that your transaction is not done but your money has been cut twice when you come online to rebook.it takes a long time before the money is refunded to you.hence i am very hesitant to do online transactions in order to book a ticket for travel.
    Hope some action is taken to improve and sort out this problem.

    I have booked one 3 tier AC ticket from Ernakulam to Varansi(date 04.02.2012) on 07/11/2011 at 06:08PM through IRCTC online reservation.The fare of ticket(1561) has already been deducted from my union bank account number(360602010208472).But i have not received my ticket yet.so i humbly request you to refund me the specified amount to my account.
