I am unable to login to the IRCTC portal and i have raised a request for that (292389). Now I want to cancel 2 tickets for that, i have created one more request (297401). I am unable to access my user id samir_1507 since 15 days. Every time it is showing invalid user id and password. I had send so many mails to care@irctc but so far there is only one reply " please send from email id registered with irctc. I would like to tell you that my registered email id with IRCTC was samir.patri@yahoo.com which is not working now. I requested the customer care to change/ update my email id to samir.patri8@gmail.com. Sir, Please do the needful and activate my user id as I have to do lot of things with my id. i tried to book the ticked from chennai to warangal on 04/05/2012 for 01/06/2012 on navajivan express but ticked has not booked but money has got transwerd to irctc and i got the message from my bank as they deduct 280 from my a/c to irctc but i checked the status also it's not booked can you please check on that ....
