I have got my two e-tickets for 2AC from Aburoad to Jaipur for31-07- 10 cancelled on 06-07-10 and was informed of a refund of Rs.835.00. As per my sb.acc. in SBI 09-07-10, the money is yet to be credited.Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

on 16 july 10 i had bookd 3 tickets of 2AC from jabalpur to pune ( train no. 2150) for 14 aug. 10. this was wailing list tkcket. after 3 days when i checked PNR position one ticket was confirmed and rest was still waiting list. To day when i again relogin to check PNR position, I cannot have the access to the log in though my ID and password is correct. A message appears repeatedly showing as wrong pasword or wrong user id. Please provide me an idea to access my irctc account.

When the login was failed then I tried to reset the password through forget password link mention on IRCTC, it asks User id, question and Answer. I provided all the details and it throws an error "Answer is Incorrect". This happend second time and both the times i tried to login to the IRCTC through the actual password. Please help out from this problem

Send a written Complaint via email to the IRCTC customer care, mention all the useful information in your mail, and ask them for the login details, wait for their response and revert us back.
