On 7th aprial 2013 I booked a ticket from Rajahmundry to Bobbili. Amount also cut from my amount but ticket is not booked. How can I get my money back ?

I book a ticket from secendrabad to vijayawada....
And i don't get confermation message...as well as seat no.

as you increased the fare cost by interest of you but please give us a better facility not in terms of only in the train but also in reservation booking . From 10 to 11 AM your website crawl and not a single tatkal ticket any body can book. if any person suppose booked his ticket just he feel he is very lucky. google.com is also one of the website and i think the load on google is very much higher than your web.
so i want to make a complain what are you giving the facility to indian people against higher increased rate. please reply me.
