Hi,
As you know the train is rescheduled to 15 aug 2009,7.50 AM and actual
start time was 14/08/09 11:30 PM.we have not taken the train.
We were not able to cancel our tickets through internet and it said
the chart is prepared,you cannot cancel the ticket.

I have filed for TDR in irctc.co.in.But since 3 months refund is under process.

Please find the screenshot attached and help us to refund the money back.
