I tried to book a ticket on 23rd november through irctc .from anugrah narayan road to cstm in 2321 up howrah mumbai mail...
But when i clicked pay the page showed an error :Error 500 : Internal server error. this happened twice. The ticket was not booked and money was cut from my SBI account.the amount of RS 1413 was deducted two times from my account.. I want my money back. Kindly help.

You both will get back your money in 2-3 days... Check your failed transaction detail which you can find under irctc website.

I have booked my ticket on 14-5-2010 through transaction id (POS PRCH
6220181328100007081 013492851992 2001)by irctc online reservation services through my sbi debit card but my trasaction failed and when i took my mini statement of my sbi account it's showing 558.00 rupees less from my available balance and it's showing POS PRCH how can i get my money back in my account please do needful

i had booked two tickets for journey from banglore to hubli. But the page just got stuck up.
and its showing as transaction failed in IRCTC SITE.but the amount has been deducted from my account.

i had booked the ticket at 8:30 pm...is there anything wrong with time of booking?

can i get my money refunded?

I have booked the railway ticket MANGALORE CNTL to ERNAKULAM TOWN(Date 14-06-2010) and
ERNAKULAM TOWN to MANGALORE CNTL(Date 19-06-2010), later due to personal reason I have cancelled this ticket. This amount credited to my account on 10 & 11th of june Rs334 & 294 respectively to my SBI account. But on 2nd july 2010 SBI deducted Rs525 as POS PRCH-6220180440700034653 293417 47014909-

So pls let me know how to get back this amount

Sir, On 1.3.2011, I was trying to book the ticket from Chennai to Tiruchi. But for the first time, net connection got failed and I couldn't book the ticket. But the amount Rs.1133/- has been deducted from my SBI account. After that (10 min. after) I was successful in booking my ticket and the same has been debited from my account. I want to know why they have deducted twice the same amount Rs.1133/- ?

Today on 12.03.2011, I wanted to know through Rail Enquiry Counter (Guwahati) over phone about train schedule time for journey from Guwahati to Kolkata, but no one had picked the phone to response against my enquiry. I have tried several time to about 5 landline enquiry number, but the phone was only ringing nothing response had provided from the Railway Enquiry Counter. Please take the necesary step against the inattention.
