Sir,
1. I had a confirmed reservation in train No. 2653 (samparkranti Exp) on 29 Nov 08 in I AC from Kochuveli to Vadodara with PNR No. 4513775485. However due to non availability of room, (AC coach become unserviceable at departure station) I was provided accommodation in II AC coach.
2. On arrival at Vadodara I approached the Station Master for refund of excess money paid. He directed me to write in the following address with the Form of Certificate Granting Refund issued by the TTE.

IRCTC, 16 Parliament Street,
New Delhi - 110001.
3. My applicatio was received by this office on 05 Dec 08(acknoledgement proof available).
Second letter enclosing the Acknowledgement was send on 15 Jun 09.
4. Till date neither any replay to my letter nor any correspondence in this effect received from any office. Request advice the course of action and which agency (address) to be contacted for getting my refund with interest.
