IRCTC Transaction failed, money deducted from CANARA Ac but not refunded
I booked my ticket 3A through IRCTC on 6 aug 2012 using CANARA debit card. The transaction failed. Rs 690 was deducted from my CANARA acount and has not refunded.

I am Sangit Varma, I booked a ticket online using irctc.co.in on 11.03.2013 from Mumbai to pune. but transaction failed twice and I lost 280+280=560 rs. transaction ID are 654436386 and 654435570.
website shows that the refund has been settled. but I haven't received the amount yet.
please see what you can do, else guide me to right direction
