In this concern, kindly send a written complaint to the IRCTC.

there is no any rules regarding the minimum distance for trains in the entire railway website.
it creates a great confusion to the travellers & inturn official charge a good fine for the same.
this is cheating to the travellers..............

The i ticket booked through net on 01.05.10 was cancelled on 09.05.10 through Rly computerised Reservation Centre at Ghatkopar, Mumbai. As per rule, refund is supposed to be credited in the respective account. But till now it is not credited. On exchange of mail it is assured that refund will be credited shortly. But it is not done.
