    Cool TDR not received 1.4 yrs.

    Dear Sir,
    It is common experience that when TDR is filed through Railway booking agent for rail ticket ,they always say we have not received yet from rail. Since 1.4 years I have not yet received any TDR by my agent.
    We don`t come to know where is the fault. Railway should device software in such a way that not only agent but the traveler also should know the status of TDR by MAIL/SMS.

    If Agent is true that means railway dept. is hiding & digesting huge amount of travelers money & yet they are not answerable.There is know any system that I can contact rail directly & provide PNR no. of my ticket & verify the status of return.

    I think this is matter of research about millions of TDR EVERY MONTH.Where the money goes.
    Is it Railway department or Railway agent.

    Please study & review the matter in interest of millions of passengers & sufferers.
