I am travel agent registered with one stop shop for railway ticketing. I am trying to book ticket from last 3 months from my cash card
provided by one stop shop called done card. But i cannot booked the ticket. Transaction getting refunded. Whenever i call customer care
they say it will get activated in 2 days. But this 2days never comes. When i emailed them there was no reply from there side.
Kindly let me know how can you help me out. As i am having balance in done card which i want to use and close this accounts with one stop shop.

I booked ticket on 29/05/2012 by irctc for train no.09408 on 31/05/2012 in 3a for my family member of five but not traveled because they reached late & train missed after i apply to irctc tdr filled on 31/05/2012 and after 43 days reply that your tdr is not approved normaly reson given by irctc taht 13861 wr/ol12 ticket was not surrendered with in 3/6/12 hours of actual dep of train. When i missed the train after i go to railway authories on duty officer he told me the ticket made by irctc so i can't any help please file tdr & i filed tdr i live in abu road (rajasthan) the abu road is small village i have interent tower problem & irctc side is closed from 8.00 to 10.00 o'clock i am a member of irctc for ticket reservation i request taht irctc given reson is wrong the irctc cheat me please help me & refund amount given in my sbi debit card

most of the train ticket checker (tte) not come in to coath at mid night they are sleeping in the ac coatch & not checked which pessenger is present & not . My train departure from abu road mid night 2.00 o'clock & reached at ahmedabad 7.00 o'clock in the morning the internet ticket not vallued at railway station all railway officer not giving perfect guideline so please request that my refund will allow me
