Dear Sir,

I have resigned a company before 3 years from Lex Terrae Consultant Pvt Ltd, now i want to withdraw my pf but problem is that Company has not deposited the pf amount more than 3 year, I have already deposit PF Form in pf office but form was rejected due to so kindly suggest me that what is the procedure to withdraw my total pf amount.
