Duly Sponsored by M/S IDCOL SOFTWARE LIMITED , Bhubaneswar for the period from 03/2007 to 02/2008.The officials of M/s IDCOL software are well aware that as per agreement duly executed with government an monthly salary of Rs. 4400/-per each of us was released by government out of which the Computer Aid (P) Limited was making monthly net payment @Rs.2926/-to each of us by making deduction @800/-per month to wards service providing agency shore and Rs.674/- Per Month towards our provident fund deduction ,accordingly EPF account no duly allotted by the regional provident fund organization,on recommendation of IDCOL SOFTWARE & M/S Computer Aid(p)Ltd, and amount of deduction towards provident are furnished below for kind perusal.

In the Adalat held on 10.02.2011 duly conducted by the RPFC, it is revealed that the amount as mentioned against each above has not been deposited in our provident fund account by the Computer Aid (P) Ltd. Cuttack now at :……. Utkal Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. C.D.A Plot No-1566(P),Sector -6, Cuttack-753014 Tele—0671-2606844, Fax:-0671-2606744, So as to make final Payment by the RPFC as our services already been ceased wef.01.03.2008.
