Hello Sir,

My first organization "Nexpro Solutions" Mumbai has filed my PF claim in August-2010 with "Bandra PF office" A/c No# MH/BAN/46791/00354. But till the date i have not received my PF amount.

I filed my claim in August-2010 and fist time i hear from them i.e on Sept.2011(i checked status on PF website) as they have rejected my claim due to Bank A/c Problem (as i was having joint A/c). I corrected the same and again file the claim in Sep-Oct 2011.

At the same time i have also claimed my PF with "3i-infotech (VASHI PF office)" which i got within 4-5 months against the same Bank A/c.

But till the date not received claim from "BANDRA PF office" , and today again i checked the status on PF website and found that they have again rejected the claim dueto some reason but i have not received any letter regaring the same.

So please help me out to settle out my claim with "Bandra PF office". I dont know why they are taking such a long time 1-2 yrs. to settled out one claim while other PF office is doing same within 4-5 months. Because every time it cant be the issue with procedure or Bank A/C , as i have already done the same for other PF office and it was successful.

Hello Priyanka,

On PF website I can see that they have again rejected my PF claim, don’t know why ? Till the date I have not received any letter from them. So if possible please do the inquiry from your end, and let me know so that I can apply again for the same.

I don’t know what is wrong with this BANDRA PF OFFICE, they are taking 1-2 years to process one claim , and though rejecting it again and again. I was having another PF with 3i-infotech (VASHI office) and they had cleared it within 4-5 months.

1. First time they have rejected (BANDRA office) due to BANK A/C problem, but now that A/C is also fine, as I have received another claim against same A/C.

So please let me know at the earliest as I am fed up with these PF office, and if require I am really planning to go to consumer court against them.

Attached is the withdrawal form.
Please take the printout and fill the form.

Kindly note the below points for filling the form.

1. Please write your name in Block letter wherever required and asked
2. Please give you complete address
3. Don’t write your date of leaving
4. Reason of Leaving will be “Resigned”
5. Give your complete bank details
6. Please write your date of birth and father’s name wherever asked.
7. In Form 5, A/c number is your PF account number
8. Please sign wherever marked with pencil
9. Please affix the revenue stamp wherever required and cross sign on it
10. Avoid cancellations

Most importantly, kindly attach a cancelled cheque of your bank a/c, where you want your PF amount to be credited, without which the PF form will not be processed.

I have checked my PF details online and come to know that my PF claim has been rejected and they have dispatched the letter. But as my address changed in this last one year I have yet not received the letter. I feel that as I was having the “Joint Account” Previously , a claim has been rejected due to that.

Now, I want to submit a new claim for the same. But due to office timing its diff. for me to come there at office. So if possible please courier me the required forms on below address and I will send it back to you with all the details.

I just checked with Priyanka regarding this.
Some delay has happened as the Dept had stopped accepting forms for some time.
Also the dept had stopped processing the forms for a few months .
They have already started to process it and you can expect the payment in Sept
As it will come to you directly ; we will not be able to know the exact date.

Your forms are in place and you do not need to give or do anything .

Hello Sir,

I have withdrawn my PF from Nexpro in Aug-2010 , but even after a year i have not received the PF amount. So many times i have contacted HR but they are saying its delayed by PF office only and i will get the amount within 1-2 months.

But now its one year, and its too much delayed recently one of my friend got the PF amount in only 30 days. So i want to know the exact reason for this and the timeline by which i get the PF amount.

And let me know if anything is required from my side. please do the needful from your end.
